Terms of Participation
The following terms apply to all courses provided by GeNUA mbH for end customers and partners:
The number of participants is limited for each course. The courses are filled in the order of written applications received. Kindly apply with GeNUA or your sales partner at least two weeks in advance. You will receive a confirmation of course registration (alternatively a notice of overbooking) as soon as possible.
GeNUA reserves the right to cancel an event without any liabilities seven days in advance in case of underbooking. Registered participants may cancel up to two weeks before the course starts with full reimbursement. Later cancellations entail a processing charge of 50 percent of the course fee.
The course fee covers: The course itself, including all necessary training infrastructure, training materials, soft drinks and lunch.
GeNUA reserves the right to modify the topics covered in the course in a technically sensible manner within reasonable limits, without previous announcement.
Smoking is generally not permitted within the GeNUA offices, but is possible outside the building during breaks.
Participants will receive a course certificate upon completion of the course. The certificate is not available if the customer attended for less than 75 percent of the entire course duration.
