GeNUA or our sales partner will support you with initial installation and configuration of your firewall system. The systems are integrated on-site in your network. At the same time your administrators are involved in the setup and learn how to use and maintain the firewall. We or your GeNUGate partner also are happy to prepare a detailed concept for your secure Internet access.
Initial Support
GeNUGate has been developed and documented to permit initial setup and deployment without any trouble. Should nevertheless any problems or questions turn up, our hotline is available free of cost for 14 days after initial setup.
