From the employees' point of view GeNUA is an excellent employer: This shows the positioning among the Top 100 in the competition "Germany's Best Employers 2011" of the Great Place to Work Institute. A pleasant working climate and social engagement - this characterizes GeNUA, as the anonymous questioning of all employees and a detailed audit have shown. About 290 companies have taken part in the Germany-wide ranking.
