At GeNUA, we only do what we’re really good at, and we’ve specialised in the field of IT security. We support discerning clients who demand the highest standards. Our primary clientele consists of medium-sized and large industrial enterprises, together with security-conscious public authorities. Our goal is to be better at this than anyone else. That’s why we will continue to focus consistently on this area of specialisation.
In order to develop complex solutions for constantly changing requirements, we need highly qualified staff. It’s their know-how that forms the basis of GeNUA’s success. We offer our employees a wide range of diverse opportunities for further training, and flexible working hours. In exchange, they are required to take on responsibility within our flat hierarchies. Another thing that’s important to us is training young people - at GeNUA, our trainee quota is always well above 10 per cent.
